This, until recently, was the radiant future. It was always unstable, contradictory and fictive. It was impossible. Now it is a temporary wriggle. Graspable vagueness. Presentation, un-presentation, presentation. Stages, scenes, plinths. Travelling diagonal routes, embracing wrong turns and drifting. On purpose, knowing the thing desired will never fully arrive.
